Product Material Compliance
At Microchip, we design our products to comply with global Product Material Compliance (PMC) standards. We are committed to maintaining a policy of transparency and proactivity regarding our approach to global PMC and hazardous substances in our products. We actively seek to remove, substitute or otherwise document all instances of restricted materials in the products we make. We are continuously working to innovate for the future and beyond because “Products and Technology are Our Foundation.”
Product Regulatory Information
We adhere to global PMC laws and regulations throughout the product lifecycle. We reduce and eliminate the use of regulated hazardous materials in our products in order to provide safe and reliable products to our customers, and promote safety for our employees and communities. To maintain product compliance and safety, we have developed rigorous material compliance policies.
