High-Linearity, High-Efficiency and Low-Noise RF Amplifiers, Prescalers and Control Products


Meet your application’s needs and integrate high-linearity, low-noise Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) with our low-noise RF amplifiers, prescalers and control products.  Increasing widespread coverage while decreasing footprint size, our MMICs allow for the use of complex modulation schemes in SATCOM and MILCOM radios.  Our products also offer a positive gain slope, which acts as a linearity corrector to help overcome system signal losses.  This helps enable longer ranges and offer more bandwidth.

MMIC Amplifiers

Our portfolio of Radio Frequency/Microwave (RFMW) amplifiers includes the following types of amplifiers:

  • Power Amplifiers (PAs) that span upwards of 70 GHz

Our amplifiers have the lowest phase noise and Noise Figure (NF) and the highest OIP3 performance available in the industry. Typically designed for use in communication applications, receiver, or transmitter lineups, many of our products are available in bare die as well as surface-mount QFN packages. 

Prescalers and Control Products

Our portfolio of MMIC prescalers and frequency detectors targets a wide range of applications including:

Our prescaler devices combine high-frequency operation up to 40 GHz, the flexibility to divide by many ratios and low additive SSB phase noise, which help to achieve excellent system noise performance. Additionally, we offer single-ended inputs and outputs to help reduce component count and cost.
