Dual-Core Metering System-on-Chip (SoC) Solutions


Our metering SoC solutions offer an unprecedented level of integration and flexibility for residential and polyphase metering applications. These metrology-enabled devices combine our high-performance dual-core 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4 based MPUs with one of our energy metering AFEs in one package.

Our software metrology library supports the integration of proprietary advanced metrology and signal processing algorithms. You can use our standard library to create residential, commercial and industrial meter designs with up to class 0.2 accuracy and a dynamic range of 3000:1. This library also supports shunt, current transformer and Rogowski coil current sensing and is compliant with IEC 62052-11, 62053-22/23, ANSI C12.1, C12.20 and MID.

PIC32CXMTSH SoCs

The PIC32CXMTSH family of SoC solutions for residential single- and dual-phase metering applications offers up to class 0.2 metrology accuracy over a dynamic range of 3000:1 within the industrial temperature range.

The SAM4CMx4/8/16/32 family of SoC solutions for residential and polyphase metering applications offers up to class 0.2 metrology accuracy over a dynamic range of 3000:1 within the industrial temperature range.
