Microchip Cash Dividend Information

Microchip Technology began paying a cash dividend on December 6, 2002. The table below reflects Microchip’s cash dividend history.

Microchip Technology Incorporated paid quarterly cash dividends to shareholders in calendar years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 which have been classified to be split between ordinary dividends and return of capital. The percentage split for cash dividends paid in those calendar years is as follows:
